Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

If you request a cancellation prior to dispatch, the full order amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Once an order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation requests will not be accepted. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return Policy (outlined below) where applicable.
