Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
If you request a cancellation prior to dispatch, the full order amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.
Once an order has been shipped or delivered, cancellation requests will not be accepted. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return Policy (outlined below), where applicable.
If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that cancellation of processed or shipped orders cannot be accommodated.
