Return & Replacement Policy
We do not accept returns. However, we will refund your money in the following cases after verification:
- If the book is substantially damaged in transit
- If the book is defective or incomplete (i.e., some pages are missing or the cover is torn)
- If the wrong book is sent to you
In the case of e-books, a refund will be made only if the wrong book was sent to you.
If you receive a product from Running Head that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at contact@runninghead.in to resolve the issue.
